We thought you would love seeing this gorgeous film of our hill, taken by Andy Tinsley with permission from Overbury Enterprises to fly the drones. Andy says he hopes it will help those who are suffering Bredon Hill withdrawal symptoms, and after watching it, I am sure you will agree! Thank you, Andy!
Acorn Class, the youngest class at the First School, have been busy drawing happiness! Here is a little video gallery. They are also sharing it with local care homes and other places that may need cheering up. They hope you enjoy them!
Couple of people have asked whether our mobile post office van is still coming to Ashton during lockdown. David, who ‘mans the van’ has assured me he will be coming as normal as follows..
Tuesdays & Thursdays 12:30 to 1:30pm in the Chapel car park.
David has strict social distancing measures in place, with a temporary counter near the entrance to the van and a card machine placed there. David has told me he is sanitising everything regularly. If there is a queue, people have sensibly been waiting in different places near the van observing the 2m rule.
Everyone who knows him will agree that David is a really nice man and another key worker who deserves our thanks.
