Ashton 5k Charity Run

After our first successful 5k last year we’re doing it all again on Sunday 17th November 10.30am😊
This year’s 5K will be in memory of Revd David Lewis, our local vicar who sadly passed away in September whilst out jogging near to Ashton.
David’s family say he was a supporter of the Children’s Society and we will be making a donation to them in his memory.
We will also be raising funds for ongoing improvements to the playing area and hopefully future tennis courts resurfacing.
On the day we will again have the very popular tea ladies on duty in the pavilion, offering a wide selection of cake along with hot and cold drinks.
Tea/coffee and cake will be £2 🧁☕️
Squash will be free
(gluten free cake available)
The run is just over 5k for safety reasons, we have loads of marshals to cheer you on and there’s a water stop roughly half way round.
