Legacy Grant

Our village has been offered an opportunity to obtain a Legacy Grant from Wychavon towards a community project. The grant must be used to create something that will be, as the name suggests, a lasting legacy in the village. The Social Centre are interested in resurfacing and renovating the tennis courts and converting them into dual use for both tennis and netball. This would then create opportunities for grassroots development in both sports, perhaps leading to club development, coaching and more formal social and competitive games for all ages. 

UPDATE

We receive overwhelming support for the project and have submitted our bid. We will know if we have been successful around the middle of July.
